How do I apply?
All applications are completed online. Each roommate fills out their own application.
Do all roommates need to apply separately?
Yes. Each person must complete their own application, background check, and income verification.
What happens after I apply?
Once approved, you’ll receive your lease electronically along with move-in details and deposit information.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer individual leases or group leases?
These are group leases for the whole townhome.
